Keysight / Agilent (HP) 16191A Side Electrode SMD Test Fixture, Refurbished. The Keysight 16191A test fixure is designed for impedance evaluations of side electrode SMD components. The minimum SMD size that this fixure is adapted to evaluate is 2(L)[mm].
