Signals for testing digital designs and components The Keysight (Agilent) 81130A Pulse Data Generator, 400/660 MHz and 1.32 Gb/s generate all the standard pulses and digital patterns needed to test current logic technologies (CMOS, TTL, LVDS, ECL, etc.).
