儀器介紹
Keithley's SourceMeter family is designed specifically for test applications that demand tightly coupled sourcing and measurement. All SourceMeter models provide precision voltage and current sourcing as well as measurement capabilities. Each SourceMeter instrument is both a highly stable DC power source and a true instrument-grade multimeter. The power source characteristics include low noise, precision, and readback.
A Keithley Model 2450 or Model 2460 SourceMeter Source Measure Unit (SMU) Instrument can be used to perform cyclic voltammetry and other electrochemistry tests using Keithley's new 2450- ECHEM Electrochemical Test Suite. The 2450-ECHEM, a no-charge option, includes an open source test script to perform CV right on the instrument without the need for a PC. For PC users, the option also includes a LabVIEW CV Executable along with the source code to run the test on the Model 2450 or 2460. Download the 2450-ECHEM Data Sheet for more information.
