YOKOGAWA AQ6373 為橫河（Yokogawa）AQ6370 系列常用之 Optical Spectrum Analyzer（OSA 光學頻譜分析儀），量測波長範圍涵蓋 1200～1700 nm，針對光通訊常用 1310/1550 nm 波段量測最佳化，適合雷射光源光譜分析、WDM/DWDM 通道波長/功率量測、光收發器模組驗證及 EDFA/光放大器特性評估。AQ6373 支援高解析度與優異動態範圍，可有效量測窄線寬雷射、通道間隔與微弱旁瓣訊號；亦可用於光學濾波器、耦合器、FBG 等光纖元件之插入損耗與光譜特性分析，是研發實驗室、QA 驗證與產線測試導入的高可靠度 OSA 選擇。
