Signal Analyzer / Spectrum Analyzer
9 kHz– 44 GHz 屬於頻譜與訊號分析設備，適合用於載波、雜訊、諧波、雜散、調變品質、通訊訊號與 EMI 預掃測試等情境。
既有資料中可辨識到 9 kHz– 44 GHz、10 Hz to 44 GHz、10 Hz to 3.6 GHz 等量測範圍線索，實際範圍仍需依選配與機身配置確認。
