Impedance Analyzer 屬於LCR 與阻抗元件量測設備，適合用於電容、電感、電阻、材料、治具與被動元件驗證等情境。
既有資料中可辨識到 20 Hz to 10 MHz、20 Hz to 20 MHz、20 Hz to 30 MHz 等量測範圍線索，實際範圍仍需依選配與機身配置確認。
選型時建議同步確認測試頻率、量測參數、偏壓能力、治具型式、精度與校正條件，避免後續因選配、治具或校正條件不符而影響測試進度。
