Keysight 66309B/D、66311B、66319B/D、66321B/D 全系列主輸出規格一致，皆為 0–15 V / 0–3 A，並支援 5 A peak（7 ms） 的瞬間電流能力，適合負載瞬態、電源啟動/突波等測試情境。
型號差異主要集中於進階功能：其中 66309B/D 與 66319B/D 另提供 Aux 輔助輸出（0–12 V / 0–1.5 A，2.5 A peak 1 ms），可同時供電周邊控制或模組電源；66319B/D 進一步支援 Programmable Output Resistance（–40 mΩ ~ +1 Ω），可模擬線損/供電阻抗，對電源完整性（PI）、VRM/負載動態驗證特別有幫助；此外 D 型號支援 DVM Input，可進行外部量測回讀與自動化紀錄，方便整合 ATE 與測試系統。
