The Keithley 2400 SourceMeter SMU combines precision DC sourcing and measurement in a single, compact instrument. It provides true 4-quadrant source and sink capability with high resolution voltage and current ranges, making it ideal for I-V characterization of semiconductors, materials, LEDs, solar cells, and other electronic devices. With built-in sweep functions, flexible source/measure configurations, and GPIB/RS-232 interfaces for system integration, the 2400 offers an efficient, all-in-one solution for both bench and automated test applications.

  • 4-quadrant source and sink operation (±V, ±I)

  • Up to 200 V, 1 A, 20 W output capability

  • High resolution voltage and current sourcing and measurement

  • Typical basic DC voltage accuracy to 0.012% of reading (1-year)

  • Current measurement ranges suitable for low-level device testing

  • Built-in linear, log, and list sweep functions for I-V characterization
