With 7-GHz bandwidth, the TDS7704B acquires signals with excellent fidelity. The TDS7704B provides an advanced SiGe triggering system optimized for debugging signal anomalies and glitches that are less than 110 ps, event qualification and extremely low trigger jitter of less than 1.2 ps RMS (typical) for accurate signal capture.
